Return and Exchange Policy

  • No exchange unless the item is wrong or damaged.

  • Brand is not responsible if client chose the wrong size/material.

  • No exchange.

  • No refund.

Buying Policy

  • Name, address and phone number to be provided by the client.

  • Correct email address to be provided by customer to follow up on order confirmation and shipment tracking.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders will take up to 2 to 3 working days to be delivered in the UAE 

  • Shipments within the GCC will take up to 4 to 10  working days to be delivered.

Delivery

  • Free Delivery orders above 500 AED 

  • Within the UAE shipping is 25 AED for most areas. 

  • As for GCC countries we offer two options fast delivery and regular delivery
